While we are based in Brampton, we do provide services throughout the surrounding region. Travel fees may apply for consultations outside our immediate area. Please contact us to discuss your location and any associated costs.
Consultation duration varies depending on the package selected. Basic consultations typically last 1-2 hours, Advanced consultations 2-3 hours, and Professional packages include multiple sessions. The exact duration will be discussed when you book.

We offer three consultation packages: Basic (£150), Advanced (£300), and Professional (£500). Each package includes different levels of service and support. Please see our Services page for detailed information about what's included in each package.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. Payment terms will be discussed when you book your consultation. A deposit may be required for some packages.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.
Yes! Advanced and Professional packages include follow-up consultations. We're also available to answer questions via email after your consultation. Professional packages include ongoing support for 3 months.
While we provide guidance and recommendations, implementation is typically done by the client or their chosen contractors. We can provide additional consultation sessions if you need further assistance with implementation or troubleshooting.
